Chapter 43 : Complaints

Paragraph 8 :

43-8. After the higher court has decided that the complaint is in order, the court shall hear the complaint, or in accordance with the provision of BCO 15-2 and 15-3, appoint a commission to do so. If the date of the hearing shall, for good cause, be other than the same day it is presented, the court
shall notify the complainant and respondent in writing of the date set for the hearing.
