Pennsylvania
Tenth Presbyterian Church, Philadelphia,
celebrated its 175th Anniversary in 2004. A new history of the
church was issued as part of the celebration: Tenth Presbyterian
Church of Philadelphia: 175 Years of Thinking and Acting Biblically.
The book is edited by Philip G. Ryken, senior pastor of the church, and
contributors include Allen C. Guelzo, William S. Barker and Paul S. Jones.
The book was published by P&R Publishing, and copies may be ordered
from the church.4
Providence Presbyterian Church in McKees Rock, PA has added a new page
to its web site that should serve as a good model for other churches wanting
to do something similar. It's a timeline
of the congregation's history .
